We began our studies in cosmetology together in 2018 at TAKK Lumova in Tampere.
Jenni already had a long career in the hotel industry behind her, but the idea of studying cosmetology wouldn't leave her alone. In the end, she felt it was time to take the leap—nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Sofia, on the other hand, was a recent high school graduate with a burning passion for cosmetology and practically no other plans in her back pocket.

At Lumova, we met, got to know each other, and eventually became friends. Our shared interests extended far beyond studies and work—we realized we had a similar outlook on many things. After graduation, it felt only natural that we would end up working together in Tampere.

In addition to our basic studies in cosmetology, we've both expanded our professional skills with further education: Jenni is now also a lash technician, and Sofia a nail technician.

We've both always dreamed of living and working abroad. While Finland is our beloved home country, we longed for a warmer climate and a more relaxed lifestyle—without winter coats and snow boots. For Jenni, the Costa del Sol in Spain was already a familiar place, as her parents own a holiday home there. That made Fuengirola feel like a low-barrier opportunity to try entrepreneurship outside of Finland. The strong local Finnish community also played a role in the decision.

In late summer 2022, we took a leap into the unknown. We had rented a commercial space, handled all the paperwork, and packed our suitcases. And here we are, still on this path.

It is a great honor and privilege to work in a profession we are truly passionate about and to serve clients on the Costa del Sol. We hope to see you soon!
